Big news of last week?
I got a fight!!!!
It got added to an already completed King Of The Cage card, about two and a half weeks away from actual fight night. Which means, it’s coming on quickly! September 21 is the night… But I have been training, so I feel okay about it. I’m actually just excited for the opportunity to gain some more experience in the cage. I need to make those minutes count and I need the experience, so I am heading into this with an open mind and an excited outlook. I can’t wait to fight again.
Other than that, I don’t feel that anything I could tell you about would compare. Fighting is my life and getting a chance to compete gives my life a rounded out definition.
In other news? I got a flat tire on the weekend. Sad face. I also went to see the movie “The Odd Life Of Timothy Green”… by myself... because no one wanted to see it with me. It was f’n cute and totally made me choke up and cry a wee bit. What can I say… I’m an emotional sucker.
I have been craving ribs. A lot. Which is weird, because generally I don’t eat a ton of meat. But ribs? Really? How strange… it’s probably because I can’t have them, and when you can’t have something you want it more. Silly mind.
Speaking of food, I’m making a list of “stuff” I want to bake after this fight. It’s a weird way I pass the time. Do you have any input on what kind of yummy dishes I should experiment with after my fight? You know I’m going to take pictures and share it here… at some point. So, what do you guys want to see?
