We are getting close to arriving at the half way point of my Grateful Project! Today marks day 14 of 30.
And today I shout out and share my gratitude for my strong, healthy body.
It’s so easy to take for granted, all that our bodies do for us, with out even having to consciously think about it.
On top of that, my daily grind of training full time requires a fit able body. One that I am thankful to say I have. It is in good health, it moves freely, rises to the challenge of training twice a day, is flexible and not to mention injury and sickness free.
What a blessing.
